Never liked him.
Never.
Not even as a kid, before I was tainted educated by Bill James. He didn’t take walks, didn’t hit for power, didn’t run. He had a temper, and undermined Karl Kuehl out of Montreal.
But man, look at this photo.
It was the same kind of cool as Robert Blake.
